Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Johnson's is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Johnson's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside United States. We are actively working to expand our shipping destinations and will update our policy once international shipping becomes available.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Johnson's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
